Our Accreditations

ISO 9001 - We are committed to providing a high quality of service to all our customers. We ensure that every member of staff and all persons working on our behalf are familiar with and competent to carry out the tasks which are applicable to their area of work, in order to minimise the likelihood of failing to meet quality requirements, cause pollution, commit an information security breach or endanger themselves or others. To these ends we have implemented a quality management system designed around the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001. This management system will help ensure we maintain and continually improve on our high level of customer satisfaction.

ISO 45001 - We firmly believe in the importance of providing a safe and healthy environment with adequate welfare facilities for all our staff, contractors, visitors and anyone affected by our operations. We also take very seriously our responsibility to establish and maintain safe working practices. As such, we have implemented an occupational health and safety management system designed around the international standard ISO 45001. This management system will help ensure that we continually improve our performance.

ISO 14001 - We recognise our company has an impact to the environment in a number of ways. We wish to minimise these impacts and to this end we have implemented an environmental management system designed around the international standard ISO 14001. This management system will help ensure that we continually improve our environmental performance.

SAFECONTRACTOR & SAFE PQQ - In addition to our ISO accreditations we have achieved this accreditation in order to demonstrate to our clients that we and our contractors meet the necessary requirements around health and safety, environmental, modern slavery, diversity, equality, workplace wellbeing and financial stability. We also have SafePQQ which is an extension to the SafeContractor audit demonstrating our commitment to best practice and to show that Constant & Co take the health and safety of our employees and operations seriously.

NASDU - We are an Associate Company Member of the National Association of Dog Users and support the Aims and objectives of the Association. When deploying security services we look to abide by its codes of practice to ensure the welfare of the security dogs used.

ICO – DATA PROTECTION - We are fully certificated and compliant with the regulatory standards of the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Regulations surrounding this very important regulatory body are paramount to how we operate and use, store and process personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

IIP (INVESTORS IN PEOPLE) - We currently hold the achievement of a Silver Level Award. This is in response to our full commitment and support to all of our staff and their recognition of this.
